An invitation to TBF is, without a doubt, something every writer should hope to discover in his or her inbox. A thrilling and unique celebration, TBF is a chance to meet and learn from other writers, committed librarians and last (but certainly not least) teens. There are many wonderful, exciting events for writers of young adult fiction to attend all over the world, but none is so centered on readers! TBF can brag about its ability to turn out not hundreds but thousands of teens who come to discuss, celebrate and buy books. All of us (publishers, writers, readers and educators) should hope not just that TBF will continue to flourish but that it will set the standard for book festivals across the United States.
