From the moment I arrived at the TBF hotel, I felt like a star. The volunteers gave us the royal, red carpet treatment throughout the weekend, and by the time I got to the main event on Saturday, I was dazzled. I didn't know whether to bask in the spotlight, or let out a big, embarrassing fangirl squeal at all of the other amazing authors participating in the event. TBF set the gold standard in author events, and I was honored to participate and have the chance to meet so many excited readers, librarians, and book lovers! Sarah Ockler
