I was so impressed with the careful planning - I mean, seriously, you thought of everything!  I have never checked into a hotel where I was greeted with a bag of bottled water and snacks, nor did I ever get an event goodie bag that contained three types of signing instruments (in fact, at my first ever public reading, the bookstore didn't even have a pen for me - I had to borrow one from of the attendees).  The dinners, the transportation, the transformer pen that had everyone buzzing - all of it was absolutely lovely.
